This highly confidential questionnaire is a valuable tool to help you get unstuck. It provides a quick snapshot of what is currently keeping you from thriving, by measuring:

The questionnaire is not diagnostic. You are not your score. The scores merely point to imbalances in your life and provide the starting point to transform what is not beneficial.
The 20 minutes of your time it takes to complete the questionnaire is your first step to honing in on the heart of your stuckness and a stepping stone to unfolding new opportunities for your life.
The Review:
We often think we’re managing life better than we are. It is easy to miss the primary source of our stress or stuckness.
During the review session, we discover the root of your stress/stuckness, in a supportive and caring way. We let go of judgements and work together to start improving the score in a life area of your choice. As you apply the tools and techniques to the chosen area, stuckness and stress in other areas often start diminishing.
